The Co-Regulation Station brings together trainings that I have been blessed to receive in craniosacral therapy, herbal care, and movement for rest + restoration.
“I felt so relaxed, held, and cared for during and after the session. Within minutes I was completely tuned into my body and not focused on my thoughts at all — that felt so good and restorative.” – Chloe
“It felt deeply therapeutic. I was able to reflect on emotions I’d been holding, and Gili’s touch helped confirm and release them. I left feeling clearer, and excited to continue. Gili is incredibly intuitive, professional, and deeply skilled.” – Alex

The Co-Regulation Station is more than a healing space — it’s a living thread in a larger practice of collaborative art, education, and community care. Costs associated with sessions directly support interdisciplinary projects like Queer Economies of Care: Community, Desire, and the Politics of Necessity — an annual seminar exploring mutual aid, kinship, and sustainable futures — as well as joyful, place-based projects like Ralph’s Beach Parties and The Gatherade Stand, which center embodiment, historic preservation, environmental restoration, and collective nourishment.
