the co-regulation station
Welcome! the co-regulation station is a gentle, relational practice weaving together craniosacral-inspired touch, herbalism, breath, and movement to invite rest, restoration, and deeper connection.
In these one-on-one sessions, we explore bodywork and nervous system support within a framework of collaborative care. Each session is an evolving practice; your presence helps shape what the station is becoming.
Please come as you are.

60-minute session
This 60-minute session is a gentle, trauma-informed, and relational experience. We begin with a brief consultation to ground your intentions and discuss what your system needs today. The hands-on portion involves light, non-invasive touch—focused on the craniosacral rhythm—to invite the nervous system to gently move toward a state of rest and restoration. The session integrates tailored herbal support, including aromatherapy and teas, subtle movement techniques, and reflective prompts to co-create a restorative container.
It concludes with time for integration, reflection, and a warm cup of herbal tea to help facilitate a grounded, clear, and connected departure and integration.
Logistics: Please wear comfortable clothing, no prior experience with bodywork is necessary. Email gili@gilian.space with accessibility needs. All sessions are by-appointment at Maha Rose in Brooklyn, NY. [Schedule here].

a note from gili
the co-regulation station functions as the somatic foundation for my broader practice. While my research explores embodiment and ecological kinship, this station serves as a site for direct, 1:1 nervous system care.
the co-regulation station is more than a healing space. it’s a living thread in a larger practice of collaborative art, education, and community care. we strive to meet community where it is, creating portable containers for nervous system regulation in diverse settings, from art galleries and farmers markets in portland, oregon to night markets in queens, nyc.
costs associated with sessions directly support interdisciplinary projects like Queer Economies of Care: Community, Desire, and the Politics of Necessity, an annual seminar exploring mutual aid, kinship, and sustainable futures, as well as joyful, place-based projects like Ralph’s Beach Parties and The Gatherade Stand, which center embodiment, historic preservation, environmental restoration, and collective nourishment.
Thank you for joining me in this collaborative inquiry into how deep, embodied rest can support larger movements of collective well-being.
